By using Srahah ("App", "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Srahah is an app that allows users to receive anonymous messages through a personal link that can be shared. Senders remain anonymous and their identity is never revealed.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• If you are under 18, you must have parental consent

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Usernames must be 3–20 characters (lowercase letters and numbers only)
• You may not impersonate other people or entities
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings

• All messages are automatically screened before delivery
• Violating messages are automatically deleted
• Repeated violations (5 violations) result in a permanent device ban
• We reserve the right to ban any user who violates these terms

6. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for content sent by users
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• Senders are legally responsible for their message content

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app and the "Srahah" / "صراحة" brand are reserved. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice.
